Ok here is the place to post information about snark sailing. It is our goal that the Snark Sailing Association is the fondation for the development of a strong support system for all snark sailors, particularly those that sail the Sea/Super Snark and Sunflower 3.3.

I recently aquired an older Super Snark sailboat, made in 1975. The maker no lobger supports her, as they bought the company after the new modle came out, and there are some differences in the sheet rigging that I'm not certain about. Does anyone have the original instructions, or pointers, that they'd be willing to share with me? The Snark is a lightweight, two-person, lateen-rigged sailboat manufactured and marketed by Meyers Boat Company of Adrian, Michigan.The Snark was initially marketed by Snark Products, Inc. of Fort Lee, NJ and has been marketed with numerous slight variations, prominently as the "Sea Snark, "Super Snark", and Super Sea Snark. I don't have the sail fully raised for the pic of course because the wind would move the boat across my yard! I've never sailed and no nothing about these boats but this looks to have EVERYTHING that originally came with it, including the Rudder and Daggerboard. The sail is in beautiful condition.
