 réalise les rêves d'enfants malades. « Réaliser le rêve d'enfants
  malades et/ou hospitalisés en Bretagne, tel est l'objectif de l'asso
 ciation Fée du bonheur », explique son président et créateur. À l
 'origine, en 1994, l'association s'appelait Coup de main. Elle a pris 
 son nouveau nom au début des années 2000. Cette association à but n
 on lucratif a signé une convention avec le Centre hospitalier région
 al universitaire (CHRU) de Brest. Elle fonctionne avec une vingtaine d
 e bénévoles. « Depuis 2002, 44 rêves ont été réalisés, dont di
